Everything a night needs, the room, the food, the music, the people carrying trays, gets built around the reason you are gathering in the first place. We shape it to you, down to the small decisions, and then we run it so that on the day you are free to be a host instead of a producer.
What you actually get
We go door to door across the country, pull the best price we can, handle the contracts, and bring you a shortlist of three. You pick the one you fall for.
Be present with your people. Everything else is delegated to us, and we are a metre away all evening for whatever you need.
We bring the suppliers and collaborators the night calls for, brief them, hold them to it, and keep you in the loop without the noise.
From Brazilian street snacks on a terrace to a Michelin level dinner at a long table. We build the menu around the night, not the other way round.
Invitations and tickets live on your own site. Payments land in your account. Afterwards the list and the emails come back to you, not locked inside a platform.

Producer · operations and software
Brazilian Portuguese, based in Lisbon. He handles the people with the keys, the prices and the paperwork, and writes the software that runs your door.
